Terms and Conditions
For all bookings a non-refundable deposit of £10 per person is required for booking confirmation. Unconfirmed
bookings will be held for 7 days and then released. A service charge of 10% will apply to all final invoices, which will be
payable on the day of the event. The full balance must be paid by the 1st December and for any subsequent bookings full
payment will be required at the time of booking. Cancellations will be refunded, excluding the deposit, providing 21 days
notice is given. We will endeavour to accommodate requested timings wherever possible. Where alterations are made,
you will be informed in advance. No company accounts will be allowed, unless by prior agreement. All additional costs
i.e. drinks, must be settled on the day in cash or by credit card. Prices include VAT at the standard rate. Accommodation
rates are subject to availability.
