Please read through the terms & conditions of all Mint Hotel packages and promotions. All Mint Hotel packages and promotions have terms and conditions. Check the small print for our current offers listed below.

Mint Hotel Advanced Purchase Accommodation Cancellation Policy

• Full credit card details are required at time of booking
• The card used at time of booking must be presented at check-in to validate the booking
• We do not accept third party credit cards for Advance Purchase reservations
• All cards will be charged for your full stay within 72 hours of making the booking
• Credit cards which are unable to be charged will result in the reservation being null and void
• Cancelling your reservation or failing to show will result in the loss of all paid deposits. VAT may apply
• Bookings are non-transferable
• Subject to availability at time of booking

Mint Hotel Flexible Rate Accommodation Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be received by 2pm day of arrival local hotel time to avoid penalty charges to your credit card.

Mint Hotel Guarantee Policy

Credit card is required to guarantee your reservation at time of booking. Please note that upon check-in, an additional credit card authorisation for various amounts as an incidentals guarantee or a cash deposit to the same value per day. Please note that pre authorisations taken on your credit card may hold your funds for up to ten working days, depending on your financial institution.

Club rooms & Suites

Early arrival 10am upon availability - Our staff will do the utmost to make your arrival as comfortable as possible, In the unlikely event that the room type you have booked is not ready after 10am. A standard room will be available for your to change and rest until the room you have booked is ready. 10% discount offer on F&B not to be used in conjunction with any other offer.

Rugby World Cup Promo

Offer includes Eggs Benedict or a Breakfast Baguette with either any 275ml bottle of beer or pint of draught beer or bottomless coffee cup or tea cup per person. The tea and coffee is limited to 6 re-fills. Offer is only available to customers over the age of 18 and alcohol can only be served after 9am to residents and after 11am to non-residents. Offer is available on selected days from 9th September – 23rd October 2011 as per the Fenchurch Lounge fixture list and management reserves the right to withdraw the offer at any time.

Hot Summer Breaks

Hot Summer breaks are available until 4th September 2011. Full payment is required at the time of booking and bookings can be made up until the night of arrival. All bookings are non-transferable and non-refundable. All rates and packages are subject to availability. * A tray charge of £4, London £5 applies to room service delivery. ** Late check out is until 2pm. Guests will receive a voucher on arrival, whichcan be used to redeem a 500ml jug of Pimms to enjoy on our terraces (subject to availability) or in our Lounges. The voucher is not redeemable in Mint Hotel Tower of London Skylounge.

Warming Autumn Breaks

Warming Autumn Breaks are available until 27th November 2011. Full payment is required at the time of booking and bookings can be made up until the night of arrival. All bookings are non-transferable and non-refundable. All rates and packages are subject to availability. * A tray charge of £4, London £5, €5.50 Amsterdam applies to room service delivery. ** Late check out is until 2pm. Guests booking before the 30th September will receive a voucher on arrival, which can be used to redeem a complimentary 125ml glass of Blackberry and Apple Prosecco Bellini in our Lounge Bar, limited to one drink per person. (subject to availability). The voucher is not redeemable in Mint Hotel Tower of London Skylounge.

Shopping Package

Vouchers will be given at check-in. The voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion. There is no cash alternative to this offer. Use of the voucher is subject to these voucher terms and conditions. Winter Shopping packages are sold as Advanced Purchase and all advanced purchase terms and conditions listed above apply. In case of dispute, the manager's decision is deemed final.

Children's Policy

Up to 1 child of under 16 years of age can stay free when sharing a room with two adults or at 25% off the room rate when booking a second room.  Children under 12 have the option to dine from our children’s menu or can enjoy 50% off our à la carte menu when dining with an adult.

Neighbours Card Offers

Present your reward card to redeem 10% off all full price food and beverage purchases made and consumed within City Café restaurant and Mint Hotel Bar. This offer is not valid on dishes selected from our Market Menu or with our seasonal offers. This reward card can be used at any City Café restaurant or Mint Hotel Bar. Original reward cards only accepted. Participants in this scheme must be over 18 years of age. Not to be used in conjunction with any other offer. Mint Hotel Management reserve the right to cancel or refuse this offer to participant(s) at any time. Participants in this scheme must validate the card before use. Please present to your server at the time of ordering. No redemption is accepted until a member of staff has confirmed it to you. A maximum of one food voucher may be used in respect of each food bill. The voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion. There is no cash alternative to this offer. The cash value of the voucher is £0.0001. Use of the voucher is subject to these voucher terms and conditions. In case of dispute, the manager's decision is deemed final.

À la carte menu promotion

This offer can be redeemed at any City Café restaurant but only applies when ordering dishes from our À la carte or Lounge menus. To redeem this offer, online booking confirmation is to be provided and/or a copy of the reservation. This offer is limited to one glass of wine per dining customer. Mint Hotel Management reserve the right to cancel or refuse this offer to participant(s) at any time. In case of dispute, the manager's decision is deemed final. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer and accommodation is subject to availability.

Fresh this Summer

City Café Summer Market Menu lunch for £10 in 45 minutes.

Our Summer Market Menu lunch offer is available during the hours of 12 noon and 1 pm Monday- Friday and between 12.30 pm and 3pm on Saturday across all City Café restaurants within the Mint Hotel Group until Sunday 4th September 2011.

The 45-minute delivery element is valid on all 2-course Market Menu bookings only, and does not apply when diners add a third course for an additional £3. Diners may choose 2-courses, ordered at the same time, from our Market Menu only, and the drink available includes any one of our soft drinks, a pint of draft or bottle of beer or 125ml glass house wine. Cocktails, champagne, sparkling wine or non-house spirits are not included in the promotion and both menu options and table reservations are subject to availability. Alcohol will only be served to diners over 18 years of age.

Each diner will receive a promotional card that will be stamped once per visit, per person, with 5 stamps completed per card entitling the holder to a 2-course complimentary lunch and one drink, the restrictions for which are outlined above. Card is non transferable and not available in conjunction with any other offer. The loyalty card will expire on 30 March 2012 and the 6th meal must be redeemed before that date. The offer is exclusive of a discretionary 10% service charge.
